The National Research Foundation (NRF) and the Department of Science and Technology (DST) are pleased to announce provisional bursary awards for
Extended Support for Masters and Doctoral students for 2015.
PLEASE NOTE:
 If your name is listed in the tables below, your application has been successful. The NRF will be sending out award letters to successful candidates
during May 2015.
 All awards for completion of studies will be made on a pro rata basis and in accordance with the previous funding support.
 Once you receive the conditions of the award (NRF agreement), please carefully read through the documentation before accepting the award.
 All signed and complete documentation must be sent to your institution’s postgraduate funding, financial aid or research office for uploading on the NRF
system.
 At the end of the funding period, each student will be required to provide proof of completion of the degree and where applicable a final report indicating
research outputs (e.g., proof of submission of a manuscript to a peer reviewed journal).
 All awards are made on a provisional basis, subject to the awardee meeting all the eligible Programme criteria and conditions of award during the tenure
of the award.
