Ceta WebsiteWe have observed misleading communications on various portals as well as fraudulent emails related to the Construction Education and Training Authority’s (“the CETA”) learnership and bursary programme appointment processes whereby potential learners are requested to pay a sum of R99 towards processing their learnership and/or bursary application forms.

Please note that the CETA is a public entity and learnership and/or bursary opportunities are at no cost to interested individuals.

Job seekers and/or potential CETA-funded programme learners are warned to beware of fraudulent entities placing adverts on the internet in the name of the CETA and skills development.

The public must please consider this the CETA’s formal disclaimer to the adverts entitled, “Telkom/CETA/Learnership Offer” and/or “Telkom/CETA/Learnership Offer” and any other adverts pertaining to the CETA employment opportunities and the CETA-funded programmes that were not advertised by the CETA.
